My paintings for Back Room Gallery Artists Group Exhibition - I had several paintings that I was not very happy about- so repainted them in acrylic, got inspired by my two old small paintings La Lune (in mixed media) - wanted to get this soft dreamy mood, used mostly three colours (ultramarine blue, yellow medium, and raw sienna).

Arts Council Garden Party

We went tonight to the Arts Council Garden Party - dinner, at Rino's Kitchen. Food was great and music was nice. I created two small watercolour pieces and donated to this event:

New painting for the for the exhibition, I like to ride my bicycle........

Today dropped off my new acrylic painting for the exhibition , I like to ride my bicycle..., at SB Contemprorary Art Gallery. The exhibition is set to open on August 13 and will run until September 11. The opening reception will be on Thursday August 18 at 7pm.
